How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders take 2 business days to process. All shipments go out every Wednesday.
For example:
- Order on Monday → Ships Wednesday
- Order on Friday → Ships the following Wednesday
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. If you need faster delivery, please contact us before placing your order through the Contact Us page. We’ll do our best to help.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship both within the United States and internationally.
- U.S. shipping: Flat fee of $5.00 per order
- International shipping: Rates vary based on your location and will be confirmed at checkout or via email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payments. All transactions are processed safely through our checkout system.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor its delivery.
What happens if my book doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged?
Please reach out to us through the Contact Us page with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll make sure to resolve it promptly.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order ships (by Wednesday). Once shipped, all sales are final.
What format is the book available in?
The book is currently available in paperback and hardcover. If additional formats like eBook or audiobook become available, we’ll announce it on the site and via email.
Can I get a signed copy of the book?
Yes! Signed copies are available upon request. Please leave a note during checkout requesting a signature, and we’ll gladly personalize your copy.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
